Designed by Gilbert Scott, St John the Baptist church, Moulsford was built in 1846 – on the foundations of a 13th century medieval church that previously stood there. It was consecrated by the Bishop of Oxford, Samuel Wilberforce, in 1847.
The village and church have featured in the popular television drama, Midsomer Murders.
