St James, Radley
About

Built in 1290, St James the Great church suffered considerable damage during the Civil War years. The north aisle and transept were destroyed by Oliver Cromwell’s troops in 1643 and have never been fully restored.

Nowadays, the church prides itself on having a congregation with ages ranging from 0-100 years old.
